Kiran Gautam is the co-founder of Paramarsha.k. He has over 20 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure management, Enterprise IT Policy management, Enterprise Storage, Data Center Operations, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Virtualization and Cloud technology. He has experience in Data Center design, supervision and has managed global data center operations for multinational companies. Kiran is a member of CAN-USA Disaster Preparedness Committee and is involved in planning an emergency communication network in Nepal. Earlier in his career, Kiran established and managed the first Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Nepal along with the top level country domain for Nepal (.NP) for a number of years. Some of the prominent multinational companies that he has been associated with are HP, IBM, National Semiconductor and Cadence Design Systems.

Deependra Basnyat (Deep) co-founded Paramarsha.k (Paramarshak Pvt. Ltd.) with a vision to help organizations maximize investments to drive revenue growth and operational excellence through collaboration, communication and goal alignment. He has 20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering and Management across Technology Services, Educational Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare and Insurance Industries, starting his career as a Systems Engineer to establish the first Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Nepal. Deep has a global experience in Network Planning, Implementation and Support, Systems Administration, Data Center Operations, Information Security, Application Support, IT Audit/SOX Compliance and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning. He is an accomplished Project/Program Manager who has managed various projects and project teams delivering improved performance and stability for the enterprise infrastructure while emphasizing that client satisfaction is paramount to the success of a company. Deep holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering and Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Infrastructure Management and has worked on both Technical as well as Managerial role for Oracle Corporation, IBM Global Services, H&R Block, Fujitsu Consulting, Ford Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard, Bank of America and General Motors.
